Information used by FleetFlow

FleetFlow stores account details, rental company information, vehicle records, bookings, client contact details and uploaded documents needed to provide rental management services. Company users can access their own organization’s records; the platform administrator manages company accounts.

Documents and communication

Uploaded ID, license and handover photos are held in private storage. WhatsApp actions open WhatsApp with a prepared message; messages are not sent automatically. The trial request form stores your name, company details, contact information, plan interest and message privately for the platform team to review. Trial requests are retained to arrange access and follow up with you.
